SNAP- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance ProgramPage Title
You may be eligible for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
To apply for SNAP benefits, you will need to provide the Department of Transitional Aid (DTA) with the following information:
Full Name, Date of Birth, Social Security number (if you have one), Home Address, Income (earned, or, unearned), and Expenses (Rent or Mortgage, Utilities, Alimony/Child Support).
Please be aware of the 2025 Monthly Income Limit Guidelines BEFORE applying:
One person in the household $ 2,608
Two people in the household: $ 3,525
Three people in the household: $ 4,442
Four people in the household: $ 5,358
Five people in the household: $ 6,275
Eight (or more) people in the household: + $917
